Mark Primeau, Owner

Mark moved to Maine in 1991 to pursue an MBA, fell in love with the state, and never left. He has over ten years of experience managing, developing, and brokering real estate. He's owner/broker of Foreside Realty, Inc., and is comitted to keeping the firm streamlined and believes that providing clients with a personalized level of service is critical to Foreside Realty's mission.  Mark spends half-time in the Falmouth area and half-time in Rangeley pursuing brokerage/development opportunities.

Doug Maines, Broker

Doug is a Maine native who has spent thirty years in employee benefits insurance and real estate. He and his wife Deb live in Falmouth, and enjoy traveling and spending time with their three adult children who live in Geneva, Boston and Los Angeles. Doug prefers to work with a limited number of clients in order to provide high touch, personal service where his clients receive his undivided attention. He is an avid skier, road biker and business person.

Sue Moody, Broker

A licensed real estate broker since 1988, Sue's experience and expertise in the Greater Portland real estate market enables her to deliver the highest quality of real estate services to her clients. She enjoys skiing, tennis, golf, boating on Cascp Bay and is active in the Falmouth High School soccer and ski club boosters.

Holly Steele, Broker

Holly has been licensed over 20 years. She currently specializes in properties on the North side of Portland. She has owned property in Falmouth, Cumberland, Yarmouth, and Casco Bay, and says "all are terrific communities with their own identities and sense of pride." A native of Maine, Holly has also lived in New Orleans, Houston and Washington, DC, and worked in corporate marketing as well as real estate. She attended the Falmouth Schools and has an MBA from William & Mary and a BS from Tulane University.
